Webinar 1: 10 Tips On Choosing A Hotel For Your Staycation (22 January 2021)
Not sure how to get the most bang for your buck for your next hotel staycation? At this webinar, Grace Kiong (HTM, 2005), Head Butler of Raffles Hotel, addressed many burning questions on this topic, where she also shared lots of useful tips on how her fellow alumni can make their staycations count!
Webinar 2: Leveraging Data Analytics for Good Customer Experience (29 January 2021)
At this webinar, data analytics expert – Benjamin Yang (MKG, 2001) – shared his expertise on how to leverage data to integrate all aspects of the customer experience in the omni-channel approach. Benjamin is also the Managing Director of Novitee, and an internationally sought-after F&B Profit Strategist.

BUS Alumni @ Singapore Food Festival 2020
The inaugural virtual edition of the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) was held from 21-30 August 2020. Conducted over two weekends, this showcase of gastronomic delights featured live masterclasses, curated food bundles, and interactive food tours for everyone to enjoy in the comfort of their homes.
We are proud of the co-founders of Kausmo – Lisa Tang and Kuah Chew Shian – who showcased their culinary prowess at a masterclass (23 August 2020) featuring a dish created with the rarely-used local Patin fish! Both Lisa (2015) and Chew Shian (2016) were fellow graduates from the Diploma in Culinary and Catering Management.
This was definitely a delectable session not to be missed. Check out the masterclass video here!
