The Digital Media & Production Crew (DMPC) specialises in stage management, lighting design, audio engineering, photography, videography and graphic design — working closely with event organisers to execute technical operations and translate ideas into polished, show-ready productions.

Members are trained through hands-on, real-world event applications, with coaching by leading industry practitioners who bring current professional workflows, tools and standards into every discipline. Through structured training and live production exposure, DMPC members build strong technical competence, teamwork and on-the-ground confidence in a fast-paced production environment — equipping them to support everything from major institutional ceremonies to large-scale arts showcases.
