(NEW!) CCA Dedication Award (Individual)
The Award

Criteria
In view of the COVID-19 situation, this new award will replace the CCA Merit Award (Individual) for 2021. It is awarded to students who have been actively involved in their respective CCAs over the past academic year (AY2020/2021) and have met the following requirements:
- Students of TP involved in TP-registered CCA groups
- No Category 1 disciplinary record or serious academic-related offence
- Maintained a good level of attendance/involvement in CCA training and/or related activities for the year
- Displayed good artistic merit / sportsmanship / leadership and conduct in their CCAs

(NEW!) Outstanding CCA Contributions Award (Individual)

Criteria
This is a new award to recognise students who have been actively involved in their respective CCAs over the past academic year (AY2020/2021), and who have made excellent contributions despite the pandemic. Nominees should meet the following requirements:
- Students of TP involved in TP-registered CCA groups
- No Category 1 disciplinary record or serious academic-related offence
- Maintained a good level of attendance/involvement in CCA training and/or related activities for the year
- Attained at least an "Excellent" grade in SEAL
- Displayed exemplary artistic merit / sportsmanship / leadership and conduct in their CCAs
Celebrating Efforts Despite COVID-19
In view of the extraordinary circumstances in AY2020/2021, please also describe/include contributions from the students in one or more of the following areas:
- Contribution & Leadership: Contributing to the organising of meaningful projects/activities* or leading his/her CCA group during the pandemic; or
- Maintaining Team Spirit: Remaining positive; inspiring and rallying the group/team to remain active together despite the tough season; or
- Change Readiness & Adaptability: Demonstrating outstanding adaptability, creativity and innovation in overcoming challenges
(*Projects/activities need not be extensive in magnitude/scale/reach, but should be meaningful or impactful to the team, TP and/or the community. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, those conducted via digital means will also be considered.)

Temasek CCA Gold Award
The Award

Criteria
This is only applicable to final-year students (AY2020/2021) who have been actively involved in their CCAs, and have consistently met the following requirements throughout their three years in the Polytechnic:
- Students of TP involved in TP-registered CCA groups
- No Category 1 disciplinary record or serious academic-related offence
- Maintained a good level of attendance/involvement in CCA training and/or related activities
- Attained at least an "Excellent" grade in SEAL
- Displayed exemplary artistic merit / sportsmanship / leadership and conduct in their CCAs
- Significantly contributed to the organisation of events/projects or led/trained students
- Fulfilled at least one of the following requirements*:
- Arts: Preferably represented the Polytechnic in high-profile external events and achieved commendable standards in performance; or
- Sports: Represented the Polytechnic in inter-tertiary competitions (at least 5 participating institutions) and achieved at least a gold medal in individual or team events for POL-ITE or equivalent, or a bronze medal for IVP or National-level equivalent; or
- Leadership: Led and organised at least 2 significant high profile projects that have impacted a wider community beyond their own student groups
- Brought honour and contributed to the Polytechnic
- Been a recipient of a CCA Merit Award
(*We recognise that the achievements/contributions of students in their final year may have been affected due to COVID-19. In view of the constraints, the TSEA Secretariat will consider the students’ achievements/contributions during their first two years in TP.)

In view of the extraordinary circumstances in AY2020/2021, please consider describing/including contributions from the students' final year in TP (AY2020/2021) of the following nature (if any), on top of their first two years' of achievements:
- Contribution & Leadership: Contributing to the organising of meaningful projects/activities* or leading his/her CCA group during the pandemic; or
- Maintaining Team Spirit: Remaining positive; inspiring and rallying the group/team to remain active together despite the tough season; or
- Change Readiness & Adaptability: Demonstrating outstanding adaptability, creativity and innovation in overcoming challenges

Promising Young Entrepreneur Award (Individual)
The Award

Criteria
This is awarded to entrepreneurial students and fresh graduates* whose businesses exhibit excellent growth or high potential for growth and scalability. Nominees should also meet the following requirements:
- Articulate clear visions and missions for the businesses
- Demonstrate great commitment to develop and scale the businesses
- Manage academic studies while being involved in the entrepreneurial pursuits
- Have no Category 1 disciplinary record or serious academic-related offence
*“Fresh graduates” refer to graduates who graduated not more than 1 year ago.
