Get ready for an amazing Freshmen Orientation (FO)! A highlight of TP’s calendar, the FO marks a momentous milestone in your academic journey as you progress into tertiary education. It is the perfect launchpad for your thrilling adventure of growth and discovery in TP.
Feeling those first-day jitters? Fret not! TP has lined up an exciting array of activities to help you kickstart this new chapter of your life on the right note, and to support your transition into the Polytechnic with confidence and fun.
As part of FO, you will get to explore a series of onboarding activities organised by your respective Academic Schools. These experiences are specially curated to help you assimilate into polytechnic life, while providing you with the chance to explore our community, people and culture. Mark Your Calendar for the Grand Finale!
Gear up for an adrenaline-fueled finale at the Temasek Olympiad x SpecTACular!
A special edition organised in celebration of TP’s 35th anniversary, this event encapsulates the best of our campus’ vibrant spirit, creative energy, and artistic splendour – all packed into an immersive experience on 17 April 2025!
As part of this finale, you will get to paddle or cheer on your friends in the thrilling dragon boat races, happening in the morning at our stunning waterfront backyard – Bedok Reservoir. In the afternoon, an exciting host of Olympiad-style team challenges will await you. In the spirit of friendly competition, get ready to put your physical skills and mental prowess to the test, or root for your peers along with a dash of sporting fun!
As the sun sets, unwind under the evening stars at our SpecTACular – “Jam & Hop” concert, while catching electrifying arts performances by TP’s finest talents. Finally, grab your friends and end this memorable day with a bang by grooving to the hottest tracks spun by our guest DJ!
Packed with boundless energy and endless fun, this is one epic finale you will not want to miss. Come experience and immerse yourself in the vibrant spirit that makes TP truly special. See you there!
