Nutrition
What an athlete eats — and when — can make all the difference. Different food groups fuel the body in different ways, and an athlete’s needs will depend on his/her sport, training intensity, and even the conditions he/she is training or competing in.
But does eating right have to be expensive? And how can athletes stay adequately nourished for training and competitions? Find out more here!

Recovery
Recovery – the often-overlooked key to adaptation and better performance.
Some recovery strategies, like sleeping and stretching, are simple, free and easily accessible. Others, such as foam rolling or ice baths with controlled temperatures, may require specialised equipment or tools.
Foam rolling can be especially useful for helping tired muscles bounce back faster after intense training or competitions. Want to know which muscle groups you can target with foam rolling? Find out more here.

Strength & Conditioning
Can an athlete be strong and big, yet still fast and flexible? Absolutely.
By adjusting training load, repetition, and rest intervals, athletes can build strength, mass, endurance or power. Regardless of the goal, a basic strength-training foundation – together with proper movement patterns and muscle activation — is key for both performance and injury prevention.
That is why understanding the basics of strength training is critical for every athlete. Check out more detailed information here.
