TP Fitness is a passionate group of students who are dedicated to promoting fitness, health and wellness through activities such as Spartan 300 fitness challenges, TP Powerlifting meets, and providing CCA students with strength and conditioning support. TP Fitness members will also be educated on the proper use of gym equipment to make their workouts more effective and efficient, as well as how to maintain the gym safely. This comprehensive approach to fitness will enable students to lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals.
