Music Vox

Temasek Polytechnic Music Vox (MV) is a vibrant collective of musicians, songwriters and performers who create, record and stage a wide range of pop, rock and indie music — spanning both original works and curated covers. Recognised for strong musical synergy and crowd appeal, TPMV is regularly invited to perform at major on- and off-campus platforms, such as "In Youthful Company" at the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre and "Homegrown Festival" at OCBC Square. Members also gain authentic industry exposure by working closely with partners such as the Music and Drama Company and Ann Siang Sounds, strengthening their craft through professional mentorship and real-world production standards. Many TPMV alumni have gone on to pursue music at higher levels — including progression to the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music — and into the local scene as artistes such as Bakers in Space and Marian Carmel, reflecting the group’s role as a meaningful launchpad for emerging talent.

In a significant national collaboration, TPMV was commissioned by the Ministry of Health (Singapore) to write, produce and record an original song and music video for Mindline 1771, a nationwide mental well-being initiative. The project provided end-to-end creative experience across songwriting, music production, recording and screen performance, and culminated in a professionally released music video featured on national platforms — exemplifying TPMV’s role as an applied-learning music collective embedded in real-world creative production and industry workflows.
