SENvocates

SENvocates is an interest group in Temasek Polytechnic (TP) dedicated to:

• Raising awareness and advocating for disabilities and Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Providing peer support to fellow TP students with disabilities/SEN

• Promoting an inclusive community by organising and participating in disability/SEN-related events

• Collaborating with external partners on disability/SEN-related projects and volunteering work

Together with the SEN Support Division from Student Support & Career Services, we aim to foster an environment that is inclusive for every TP student, regardless of their challenges, and to make a difference to the disability/SEN community beyond TP.

Some events and projects that you can look forward to organising and/or participating in include:

• Bi-weekly "Let’s Hang Out!" sessions

• Disability Awareness Sessions

• Purple Parade Campus Activation
