The CCA Assistance Fund is established to support students who require financial assistance to continue meaningful CCA involvement at TP.
About CCA Assistance Fund

The CCA Assistance Fund (CCA AF) is established to support students who require financial assistance to continue meaningful CCA involvement at TP. Eligible students can receive $320 per Academic Year (AY), and up to 400 students may potentially be awarded every AY.
Since its inception in 2022, over 600 students have benefitted from the CCA AF.
Covers CCA-related expenses such as attire and equipment costs, transport vouchers, coaching fees, medical fees, and subscription fees.
Two application periods per AY (end-July to early-August and end-October to early-November).
$320 disbursed per student/AY.

Subscription fees (e.g. software, mobile apps, etc.)
Coaching/instructor fees
External competition fees
Training courses
Nutritional supplements
Physiology/TCM treatment
Transport vouchers

(Please note that this funding supports CCA-related expenses for the conduct / training / development of your CCAs. However, as the examples provided are non-exhaustive and every CCA has different requirements, do contact the CCA AF Secretariat if you have any queries regarding the scope of coverage for your respective CCAs.)

Criteria for CCA Assistance Fund

Character | Students with good character and conduct with no disciplinary record. |
CCA Contribution(s) | Students who have contributed to their CCAs through School/Department-initiated TP-wide or external events (e.g. CCA Fair, Sports Clinics & Workshops, National Day Concert, CCN Day) - including but not limited to the roles listed below:
OR Students who have represented TP in endorsed CCA-related competitions. |
Citizenship | Open to all nationalities |
Academic Standing | Clear Pass* (Except for students who are in Semester 1.1) (*Students who do not meet the Academic Standing requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.) |
Financial Standing | Financially deserving students who meet the income eligibility criteria of the higher education government bursary. |

Qualifying, Application & Disbursement Windows
First Window
Qualifying Period: Events/competitions should happen in AY2025/2026 (Semester 1 and 2).
Application Period: Now to 19 August 2026
Disbursement Period: Around end-November 2026
Second Window
Qualifying Period: Events/competitions should happen in AY2025/26 (Semester 2) and AY2026/27 (Semester 1).
Application Period: End-October to November 2026
Disbursement Period: Around end-February 2027
How to Apply
All students must submit your applications here by the closing date for each window.
Staff advisors may also nominate deserving students who meet the funding eligibility criteria here. The CCA AF Secretariat will contact these students to encourage them to apply.
