Temasek Polytechnic Astronomy aims to nurture our students' love for astronomy. The club does so by providing accessible opportunities for stargazing, learning about astronomy, and building connections between like-minded peers about the subject.

Objectives:

  • Raising awareness and exposing students to the beauty of astronomy

  • Creating a relaxed and enriching environment for students interested in astronomy through bi-weekly stargazing sessions

  • Organising and participating in astronomy-related events

  • Partnering with external agencies and other schools to experience a wider range of astronomy-related activities.

Planned activities:

  • Bi-weekly stargazing sessions

  • TP-wide events (e.g. CCA Fair)

  • Sub-Committee Bonding Day
