Overview
Through structured programmes, community engagement, and informal pathways, TP offers varied opportunities for our students to fuel their passion, grow as leaders, and champion meaningful causes close to their hearts.
TP offers exciting leadership development opportunities for our students via structured programmes, community engagement, informal pathways, and experiential learning through involvement in the Clubs, CCAs and Interest Groups on campus.
We build TP’s leadership and citizenship pipeline in line with the Temasek Student Profile and national competencies. Civic-mindedness, social cohesion, and national identity are embedded into everyday student life – not just special programmes – so that students are empowered to be informed, responsible, and engaged contributors to Singapore’s future.
Through volunteering, service-learning, outreach projects, and inclusive community campaigns, students will also be able to foster the values of empathy, civic responsibility, and social awareness, while helping to strengthen TP’s institutional role in advancing community well-being and inclusion.

Finally, students are welcome to take their pick from the diverse Clubs, CCAs, and Interest Groups offered in TP – where there are opportunities to serve, lead and make a positive impact to their fellow students and the wider community. In the process, they will stretch their leadership skills beyond the classroom, and create a fun, caring, and vibrant campus that they will be proud of.
